BuckyBalls and Dynamic memory

Can Buckyballs be set up, filled with a charged plasma, in a magnetic field?
And if so, could this Buckyball filled magnetic field be used as a dynamic RAM
type memory? In other words, could it be set up with the same type electronic
input that is used in a RAM chip?
If this could be accomplished, would this Dynamic BuckyPlasma have the ability
to create its' own patterns, arrangements, momentary "crystalizations", phases,
or other random interactions that might border on "free thinking"?

I invisioned this concept two nights ago in an early morning dream. It was so
clear then. Something sparked me to remember the dream just now. I wish
I had jotted the concept down on paper while the "plasma" and "charges"
were still fresh in my head. Damn!!!
A fleeting glimpse.......gone??? I hope not. It was real and seemed so achievable.
Could this be the next step in artificial intelligence?
